Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At White Sands Digital, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing and IT solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Project-Based Services: Clients may request a cancellation before the project commencement. If the project has started, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work completed.
  • Monthly Retainer Services: Subscriptions for ongoing services (SEO, social media management, PPC, etc.) require a 30-day notice for cancellation. No partial refunds are issued for services already rendered.
  • Custom Development & IT Solutions: Once development work has begun, cancellations may incur charges based on project milestones achieved.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If White Sands Digital is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If a client is dissatisfied with the service, a request for resolution must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • No Refund for Completed Work: Payments made for completed work, strategy sessions, or consultations are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

White Sands Digital does not offer refunds for:

  • Digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) once launched.
  • Third-party fees, hosting charges, or software licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Any service terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Clients must submit refund requests in writing to info@whitesandsdigital.com with details of the concern.
